Application:
It is mainly used for welding of components and parts in aerospace and aeronautics, automobile, oil field geological exploration tools, construction machinery shipping building, cutting tools, shaft blanks and bimetallic materials.
Technical characteristics:
1.The machine bed is with casting structure, high strength, excellent toughness and lasting precision accuracy.
2.The main spindle box has two unistrand cylindrical roller bearings with high running accuracy. Two spherical thrust roller bearings are also installed in the main spindle box in a unique structure with one fixed and the other balancing the movement of the oil tank to equilibrate the axial force between the friction and the upsetting. The service life can be consequently prolonged to several times.
3.The clamp system of the main spindle box has automatic centering function in the conical surface.
The main spindle box can lubricate by automatic injection and forced cooling.
4.The mobile slipway is optionally taper sleeve or flat-opening automatic centering clamping mechanism, with the advantages of large clamping force, simple structure and high precision centering. The motion is with linear guide structure. The energy-saving and high-efficiency double-pump hydraulic pressure systems, low-pressure and large-flow vane pump and high-pressure and small-flow position pump, are applied with new types of build-up valves.
5.The excellent automatic welding monitoring system with displacement control of industrial computer + PLC + optical granting ruler, high precision, good human-computer interaction and strong anti-interference abilities.
